    vtg PRIMITIVE metal TOTE CADDY Floral stencil painted black country rustic. No idea the age. certainly first half of 1900s. My guess european. Metal almost like tin but thicker and stronger. Painted looks to be both by hand and stencil work. Shows wear and paint loss but all part of its charm. Paint loss is mostly in the inside area. Outside is in great shape. Very sound. Ready for display or usage on arrival. 13.5 x 9 x 5.5
