VINTAGE WOODEN BRICK MOLD Mould TWO (2)! Chippy RUSTIC PRIMITIVE FARMHOUSE DECOR

Description

A pair of antique, vintage wood brick molds!! These are hand made, showing great patina!!  One corner has a repair with what appears to be copper sheet metal covering the end piece.  See the last pic which shows an interior crack towards the repair.  The cracking does not show through the outside and is still quite strong.  Perhaps the repair was done to strengthen everything, while at the same time adding  LOTS of character!!!
From a time and place when things we repaired, not discarded.

Being hand made, there are variations in the sizes/dimensions.  Approximate sizes are:
Box 1 12" long by 5.75" wide and 3.75" tall
Box 2  12" long by  5.75 wide and 3 5/8" tall
Since these are handmade, the measurements do vary at different points.
The metal is rusted, the real stuff! Not the fabricated stuff at the big box retailers...
These are heavy, solid, well made pieces!
These are actually brick molds that have been used for years.
Along with that use comes authentic patina, character, dings and in one case a repair!  There are couple of metal pieces missing.  These items should be not be viewed as flaws, but rather a patina from actual use, adding to the beauty of the items.
