3 inches long, 3 1/4 inches including the ring
the red plastic handle is adorned with black leaves, blue flower with yellow center
small hanging ring is red over "silver"metal
exceptional vintage condition
bristles, ring and plastic cap are very clean and complete,
looks to have been hardly ever used
red plastic handle has no chips or cracks , dusky on flip side
