Vintage Style Bear
This beautiful bear that I named “Tanya”, was made from a pattern by Sonja Sandell of Hickety Pickety.
I’m so proud of how she turned out. She measures over 24 inches tall.
Her body is made from painted muslin.
I’ve given her black button eyes and a painted nose and mouth.
Tanya is wearing a delicate antique baby dress.
I made her blue cotton pantaloons and trimmed them with cotton lace.
I purchased her vintage baby shoes at a local antique store.
They fit perfectly!
I’ve given Tanya a large ribbon bow embellished with a blue silk rose and lace.
Finally, I made a vintage picture tag just for her showing a little girl with an adorable period dress and wide brim hat.
The little sign reads “memories”.
Much attention and heart go into each doll I create.
I fuss over details, to bring you my best work!
