Primitive folk art dolls, Americana,Christmas Santa, handmade, Dumplinragamuffin

Finished dolls. Santa and sheep.
This set of beautiful folk art dolls will make a wonderful centerpiece.
This set includes a 17 inch tall Americana Santa with 2 sheep. Santa measures 10 inches across the largest part of body.  He holds a 5 in. x 4 1/2 in lamb and the standing sheep measures 8 in. long and 7 in. tall.
Americana Santa's body is made with good quality muslin and he is lightly weighted and stands freely where you place him. His body is dyed with a coffee and vanilla mixture. His nose is needle sculpted and his eyes are hand stitched and painted over with artist pencils. His face is sealed with a matte spray to set the artist colors. He has a grayish beard and hair.
His coat is a dark blue lined fabric. I have hand stitched a strip of blue star print fabric down the front sides and around hood. The hood is lightly stuffed to keep it's shape. He wears an under garment in a new but worn looking stripe ticking type fabric. Rusty bells are stitched down the front of his garment. An old rusty key is stitched to his jute waist tie.  He carries a primitive American flag , backed with quilt batting and attached to a painted wooden dowel.  It is tucked into his arm.
The small lamb has a painted face and wooden dowel legs. His face has stitched nose and eyes. His ears are stitched on separately. He has a full coat of beautiful wool needle felted to his body.  A rusty wire and bell adorn his neck.  I have stitched him to Santa's body to keep him in place.
The large sheep is made the same as the smaller sheep  accept he has a stitched on painted tail.  He has a burlap blanket tied to his middle body with jute string. It has a patch displayed on the side. He is embellished with rusty wire , rusty bells and rusty stars stitched to his body.  He may be displayed separately if you choose.
