    Description

    This is a gorgeous old Antique 18th (or 19th?) Century Pearwood Sewing Caddy from England or America? in a Federal Classical style.
    Beautiful little box!  Missing some implements (scissors?), and the top does not completely close, and and has some veneer loss on the sides of the lid.
    Also, the key is missing and the glass mirror is cracked.
    Bottom appears to retain its original green paint and paper label!
    Box measures approx 7.5" long, by about 3.5" deep by about 2.5" tall.
    Has beautiful hand wrought handle and nice turned iron tiny feet that appear to be original too!
    Interior felt tray appears original too.
