    Description
    Here is a nice 19th century, pre 1900 in date sailor's wax seal with a sailor made shaped handle in good original condition. On the brass seal stamp face are the words "Forget me not" with a flower. The brass and oxbone surface has a nice patina from age. Originally from Leith docks, Edinburgh Scotland from a maritime naval collection. Measuring 1.6 inches long and the stamp face measures 11 mm's wide
