    Description
Here is a nice 19th century cased compass and divider drawing set in good original condition. The surfaces have a nice patina from age which can be seen in the photos. The lid opens nicely and the tray with the first set of tools can be lifted out easily with a small silk side handle. The oxbone ruler has a London maker's name and the pencils/scribe needle have nicely shaped oxbone handles also. Originally from Edinburgh Scotland from a maritime naval collection. The large compass measures 6.2 inches long and the case measures 7.6 inches long and 5 inches wide.
