    Here is a nice 19th century, pre 1900 in date awl spike with a sailor made handle in good original condition. The oxbone surface has a nice patina from age with turned patterns and an iron spike. Originally from Leith docks, Edinburgh Scotland from a maritime collection. Measuring 3.1 inches long.
