    Description

    Antique Treen Butter Mold Marked P MYRE and OAS  5 Carved Panels
    This mold is in 5 pieces and pegged together.  The pegs are not original.  There is a split at one joint as shown.  The bottom is fitted to the mold with smaller pegs and these are damaged. Three seem to have been fixed to the sides and the last dropped through (missing).  Otherwise very good with wonderful fitted joints.  Widest top edges about 7.25"  4.50 deep plus the base or cover  to equal 5.5" All hand crafted with the flaws as pictured and mentioned.
