Description
A VERY NICE PAIR OF 12" TALL 19TH CENTURY BRASS CANDLESTICKS IN OLD COLOR, English made for the American market, Circa 1840-1860 stamped, "ENGLAND" WITH added registry numbers. Great size BEING A FOOT TALL with an octagonal stepped base and a BEEHIVE vase turned shaft and added bead detail.
Great old color and patina. They retain their original push-ups.
Great added details with a gadrooned edge on the stems.
Near perfect condition, no damages or repairs except ONE is missing the push up disc on the bottom.

Typical wear and tear and appropriate to an antique of this age.
